No more nights....PLEASE!!

I like music and that's a good thing. Music is played morning, noon and night here. It's usually one of the most enjoyable aspects of village life. I've discovered new artists that I may have never known about if I hadn't come to this village. The problem is right now....they only play two songs. Please someone, make them stop!

I could totally see where any 2 songs on repeat would get annoying. These were nice songs, but maybe you could call the radio stations and suggest them to mix it up a bit. What did you think of the first as a remake? Not too shabby, Phil might like it.

Isn't the St. Lucia Carnival right around now or just past? Surely they would be playing more music to coincide with the festival right?

Hi Shawn - Actually, yes. I do like both these songs and I think they are incredible remakes - but it's just difficult to hear them over and over for days on end. They are even playing Kareoke versions! I live in a small village where everyone comes to "lime". It isn't radio - it's DJs and blasting speaker systems. I'm living right in the center of the action here.

Carnival is now, but up north so there are no festival activities where I am, just "one more night" and "night shift"

I hope all is going well for you! And, I hope you are getting to see a little of Panama while you there.
